Yes, you can! All you have to do is fill in the Submit My Refund and input the reason for the cancellation and we’ll cancel and refund your order accordingly. 

But if your order has already been dispatched, you’ll be refunded for the cost of the products but not for the delivery charge. You can check your order status by logging into your account and going to ‘track order’.
