Refunds are usually processed within  7 business days. If you have not received your money within this period, please get in touch via our Refunds portal so we can investigate. 

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method, you used to place your order. 

Please note if you paid by Amex the refund will appear on the date you made your original purchase.
