My item is faulty or damaged, what do I do?Updated a month ago
If you’ve received your order and the quality is not up to your expectations please take a photo or record a video showing any faults or damage and send it through with a description via our contact us form within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once we have received this information we will be back in contact to offer replacements or returns!
If you are outside of the 14-day returns policy but are within the 1-year manufacturer's warranty (for domestic customers only), you have the option to receive a replacement product of the same value or store credit to the product value for you to purchase something else that you might have your eye on! We are unable to issue a refund for any damaged items that are outside of the 14-day return policy.
